Manage Your Account

Update your account details, manage your preferences, or request changes to your Teta account. For in-app settings, open the Teta app and go to Profile → Settings.

Change your name, email address, or password. Open the Teta app, go to Profile → Settings → Account Details to make changes directly.

Notification preferences
Control which notifications you receive from Teta — cashback updates, new offers, and marketing messages. Manage these in the app under Profile → Notifications.

Withdrawal account
Your cashback is paid out to your registered bank account. To update your withdrawal bank account details, open the Teta app and go to Profile → Payment Settings.

Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before we process your request, please be aware of the following:

  • Any confirmed cashback above £5 in your wallet will be paid out to your linked bank account before deletion.
  • Pending cashback that has not yet been confirmed may be forfeited.
  • Your personal data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy — typically within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • You will lose access to your cashback history and wallet immediately.

To request account deletion, email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your Teta account. We will process your request within 30 days.
